Welcome to a brand new episode of After Park Lounge. In this episode podcast hosts Marwin and Jaffeth have an interview with Stephan Gadow, head of human resources and administration. We speak with Mr. Gadow about his start at Europa-Park and the interesting investigation he had to do for the park. One year before the opening of Rulantica he made the move to work as pre openings manager for the waterpark. Just after the waterpark opened a pandemic was on its way and we talk with him about this period but also after this period where it is hard to get personnel. Besides that two students Tristen and Dion from de Breda University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands who work for Rulantica and doing an internship for the waterpark telling about their assignment and what it is like to work in a foreign country.
